Blind guess leads to savings
Never having experience with Leggett, we took a blind guess and asked for an estimate on our heating/cooling equipment. Jeff took more time than I could’ve imagined to research our needs, explain the problems and needs and then return the answer TIMELY. Every follow-up was on time. Improved Quality of Life
We have been customers of Leggett since moving here in 2015. We purchased a home built in 1958. It looked fine, but the mechanicals, both heat and air conditioning, turned out to be a poor mix of improper installation and inappropriate units. This caused air quality issues, inefficiency in getting the rooms warm or cool and other problems. Jeff, Andy and others from Leggett came in and and assessed everything and came up with what was needed. The guys also came up with a fantastic solution to cool and heat the upstairs separate from the original ductwork. It was an investment, but the quality of the air in our home and the comfort in room temperatures has given us a quality of life we did not have. We even keep the thermostat 4 degrees lower in winter and 3-4 degrees higher in summer as a result of the systems they replaced. We have had other things done through Leggett. Leggett recently sold to me and installed a new heat pump at my house. The experience was the same excellent service I’ve had from them for the past 12 years. To plan the project, their expert sales and technical manager came to my house, analyzed my then-existing system in detail, and recommended new equipment that was better suited to my house, was a lower purchase price, and works better than my old system. This is the ideal way to approach a major project like this. Then their expert technicians came and installed the unit.
